There is a kitten at my grandmother's house who loves to sit on clocks and eat ashes.

Cigarette ashes.
*Isn't that unhealthy for a kitten?
Yes it is! Though she is a nicotine fiend, that poor animal. We show her food, but she remains fascinated with them!
Hence the name.
